Optimal results can only be achieved if procurement performance is continually evaluated and assessed.
Two of The Faculty's innovative evaluation tools:
Procurement Benchmarking Model
A procurement performance diagnostic tool that defines 'better practice' for more than 40 aspects of the procurement process. The fast-track four week benchmarking process takes a comprehensive 360° internal review of procurement practice and its impact on the organisation.
Performance measurement also assists in gaining organisational compliance and senior management focus and support.
Establishing a Procurement Dashboard
A visible mechanism for capturing and reporting procurement outcomes, which helps drive corporate alignment with procurement department initiatives.
The Faculty works with senior management, finance and procurement to define the most appropriate metrics and rules for measuring these benefits. It then establishes an organisation-wide mechanism for capturing the results.
