Procurement Strategy & Process
Senior executives are increasingly time-poor which is leading to less attention being paid to vision, strategy and planning.
Many organisations struggle to even articulate a business strategy, let alone bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Having organisations consider the role procurement will play in this is in many instances, not on the radar. However, procurement is in a unique position to not only support business strategy, it can drive it. Procurement is at the centre of relationships, at the core of cost accountability, drives innovation, and ensures sustainability through compliance and measurement.
The Faculty has extensive experience with leading procurement teams in developing procurement and supply strategies, articulating business value and alignment, and in conducting both high-level and deep-diving reviews.
