Advanced Cost Management - Middle Level

This two-day workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of Cost Management, to promote strategic thinking and greater understanding of the impacts of cost on procurement activities. Managing cost is an integral part of procurement, yet many professionals fail to understand the cost elements that drive spend for a given category. This workshop provides an introduction to cost elements and characteristics, and provides strategies and models for mapping supply chain and life cycle costs beyond the purchase price.
